A: Yes, we do ship worldwide with our carriers DHL and UPS. Please check our shipping policy for shipping durations.

Q: Do you offer free shipping? 

A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within Germany and on all orders within the European Union above 60€. We also offer free express shipping on international orders above 120€.

Q: From which material are your earrings made of? Are they nickel-free?

A: All our jewelry pieces are made of stainless steel. Our Golden pieces have a real Gold (18 Karat) overlay, to keep the warm Golden shine forever. It is of the highest value for us that our jewelry pieces convince with great quality, therefore our earrings are 100% nickel-free and do not cause allergies. 

Q: How is the sizing of your clothing? 

A: Our sweatshirts, hoodies, pants and t-shirts are all unisex and are men sizing. Therefore we always recommend to order your regular size. If you like a more oversized fit (especially as a men), we recommend to size up one size. 
For all women: Our activewear and swimwear is true to size, we recommend here to order your regular size for the perfect fit.
We do our best to set up size charts on each product page, where you can look up the exact measurements. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us via our live chat on the website and we come back to you as fast as possible.

Q: Why is there no printed delivery note in my package? 

A: As a sustainable brand, we want to use as less paper as possible. This is why you will not find a printed delivery note in your package. Your delivery note and bill, will be send to you via E-Mail after ordering your items. In case you need a printed delivery note, please enter it in the order note field at the bottom of your shopping cart.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept? 

A: We accept the following payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, BitPay, Klarna Pay Now and GiroPay.

Q: How should I wash my 92 THE STUDIO item?

A: Please check our product care section, where we explain the best way to wash your 92 THE STUDIO item. Please do not put your item into a dryer.

Q: Do you see the production process in person? Do you know your production facilities? 

A: Yes! As a sustainable and ethical brand, it is of the highest priority for us to know our suppliers and production facilities in person. We stand in close contact with our suppliers every week and try to visit them at least once a year. Please read our sustainability section for more information. 

Q: Will sold out products be restocked? 

A: In general, sold out products will not be restocked. When we have a high demand from your side, we try our best to restock them for you, but can not promise it. For this, please make sure to enter our restock notification on the product pages with your E-Mail, so we can estimate the demand.
If you urgently need a sold out 92 THE STUDIO piece, feel free to drop us an E-Mail with the model and your size, so we can check if we have a piece left in our warehouse from our shootings etc.

Q: How long does it take until I receive my order? 

A: It depends from where in the world you are ordering. In general it takes between 1-4 business days. You will get an E-Mail with a tracking number, where you can easily follow your package and see the arrival date (Please also check your spam folder).

Q: Will I be charged customs when I am ordering outside of the EU?

A: No, normally there should be no custom fees as we are covering them for you in our shipping costs. In an unusual case of any additional fees, they have to be paid by the receiver of the package.
