International Shipping (countries outside the European Union)

Duration: 2-6 business days

Duties & Taxes
Taxes, including VAT, duties and custom fees are already paid by us and are included in the purchase price. There should be no additional fees to pay for you. In an unusual case of extra custom fees, they have to be covered by the receiver and are not paid by us.

Returns
You can return your items within 14 business days.
As an 100% eco-friendly brand, we want to avoid returns as much as possible, due to CO2 emissions caused by shipping. Therefore we are not offering free returns and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of your return.

Please note that items must be in original state and not be washed or damaged. Please note that our personalized caps can not be returned, as they are customized for you only. Further, we are not allowed to accept earrings as returns due to hygienic reasons, according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3.
